All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse, with Amazon serving as an additional shipping location. As a result, your package may arrive via Royal Mail, Amazon, or a tracked courier service.

Parcels delivered by Royal Mail take an estimated 3-5 working days, while Amazon deliveries usually arrive within 1-3 days. Courier services may require 2-4 working days for delivery.

Return Period

You may return any unused item within 30 days of the original purchase date for either an exchange or a refund, as long as it is unopened, unused, in sellable condition, and the seals remain intact. Please make sure to include the original receipt or another form of proof of purchase.
Exclusions
Please be aware that our teas and cosmetic products cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been opened, unless they are defective.

If you wish to return your item(s) at a retail location that sells our products, please remember to bring your receipt or another form of proof of purchase. For online orders, kindly present your order dispatch email, either on your device or in printed form. Our team members are here to assist you with the refund or exchange process.
